FAQs
How does my fence get sent?
1
All of our fence shipments will be delivered on a wooden pallet (72”x54” or 72”x72” for 5’ and higher) & entirely heat wrapped in protective film.
Each section is held apart by plastic dividers that keep from scratching during shipment. Sections, posts, gates, and the rest of your order is then banded together and heat wrapped to keep everything perfect until it arrives to you! We take pride in our product and want it to get to you in the condition it leaves the factory in.
How does shipping/unloading work?
2
All shipments will be sent on via common carrier. It is the freight companies policies to get the pallet to the back of the truck and you must have 1 or more people waiting to breakdown and unload the pallet in your yard or driveway. All shipments we send include a “lift gate” but each carrier has different weight and size capabilities thus will not be guaranteed.
The carrier is required to reach out at least 1 day before shipment and arrange the date and time slot. Any special requirements will have to be done directly with them and at your own cost.
PLEASE INSPECT ALL PACKAGES AND MATERIALS FOR DAMAGE OR SHORTAGES BEFORE YOU SIGN THE SHIPPING DOCUMENTS.
Why install myself VS call a fence installer in my area
3
If you have the ability or handy skills to install, the saving could in the thousands over calling a fence installation company! Not only are you being charged on the labor to install, but you are also most likely being up charged on material! Buy directly from the wholesaler and install your self or enlist friends/family/ or a local handyman.
